Hi, I’m Aaron Allina—husband, dad to two incredible daughters (ages 9 and 11), and passionate about helping families find their dream homes. After earning my engineering degree, I went into operations management with a large manufacturing company but soon realized I wanted more freedom to help people grow.

My entrepreneurial journey began with a variety of businesses, including a "build your own dessert bar" with custom treats baked in under two minutes (a sweet idea that didn’t survive the pandemic). But real estate has always been my true calling—I love helping people achieve their dreams.

When my kids were younger, I hesitated about the weekend and evening hours, but now that they’re growing up (Seriously, they grow up way too fast!) I'm ready to fully dive in. In my “spare time” (cue laughter), I’m busy cheering on my youngest in gymnastics or watching my oldest shine in ballet.
